TIMES² Incorporated Board of Directors  
The TIMES² Incorporated Board of Directors is the governing body of TIMES² Academy.  The Board of Directors is charged with making all top level decisions for the school.

TIMES² Incorporated Mission Statement

The purpose of the Corporation is to address the critical state and national need for equitable representation of African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans in careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).  The Corporation will create a learning environment where all children, particularly students of color, will be exposed to challenging, real-world applications of engineering, mathematics, and science to elicit and solidify interests in relevant careers, prepare students for academically rigorous work in higher education and bolster their confidence so that they can succeed in future STEM-related fields and contribute globally.
