TIMES² Academy embraces the cultural diversity of it's students by reaching students at various levels to make sure each individual child's needs are met through a variety of teaching and learning techniques.
The student body attending TIMES² Academy is comprised of the following demographics - 48% Latino, 37% African American, 11% white, 2% Native American and 2% Asian. Additionally, 78% of our students and their families are at or below the poverty level and receive free or reduced lunch. Our families work hard to support their children and we work hard to provide each student with a well-rounded educational advantage. Additionally, TIMES² Academy students are taught the importance of learning within the context of social and civic expectations.
TIMES² Academy holds our students to high expectations in everything from academics to behavior. The Community Handbook is the document in which these expectations are outlined for all students, families, faculty and staff of TIMES² Academy. The handbook outlines all of the rules, regulations and expectations to which the students of TIMES² Academy are held. Moreover, each student is expected to model these social and civic attributes in their daily interactions with peers and faculty.
