Technical Support During Distance Learning

Dear TIMES2 Community,

First of all, we want to thank you for your patience during this transition to distance learning. We know that technical issues can be frustrating and difficult, but rest assured that our Technical Services Team is hard at work to ensure all systems are functional and that hardware and software are all working as expected.

If you are experiencing technical issues during this time, please do not hesitate to send an email to support@times2.org with as much detail about the problem that you’re having. It is also quite helpful to include photos of any error pages you encounter as we work out all of the kinks with web filtering.

Remember, to enter the building, you must make an appointment first. That way we can ensure that the burglar alarm is off and we know exactly who is here. Call (401) 272-5094 x105 for MH and x400 for Elementary.
