RIDE SurveyWorks 2021 is Live

Every year, the Rhode Island Department of Education releases a survey for school communities. These surveys are anonymous and collect data to help our school improve. The survey window runs from January 19 through March 31, 2021.

Please consider taking the survey! With only 30 minutes of your time, we will collect valuable data about how we can improve our school for our community. Please note that the survey is offered to students, families, teachers, support staff, and administrators. What this means is that everyone gets a voice and every single voice counts.

The SurveyWorks Stakeholder Survey Initiative is an effort to gather information that will help improve the quality of schools across Rhode Island. The surveys capture and assess information that helps educators understand and act upon what students, teachers, support professionals, administrators, and parents say about the climate, culture, and learning environments in their schools.

To take the family survey:

Click this link and select either TIMES2 Elementary School (for grades K-6) or TIMES2 Middle/High School (for grades 7-12) from the list.

Some important things to remember:

  • The survey does not save your place if you close it and return, so please try to complete the survey in one sitting
  • ALL SURVEY SUBMISSIONS ARE ANONYMOUS
  • IF you have a student with an IEP, be sure to indicate so on the first question.
    • If you have more than one student at TIMES2 and one has an IEP but others do not, please submit at least two surveys (one for the student with an IEP, and one for those who do not have an IEP)
  • If you have any questions about SurveyWorks, click here and submit your questions and we will respond as soon as we can.
  • Until you click the blue "Submit" button at the end and you see a "Thank you!" window, the survey is not finished.
  • The survey will be 45 questions and should take about 30 minutes.
